| Note | Mary Etta (grandpa's mom) suffered from bad headaches, she would always go outside and lay in the grass under the tree and cry. Once she felt better she would then come back inside. Cecil told Vera that when she is out there crying under the tree, just to let her be, and once she feels better she will then come inside. Vera said Mary Etta never really saw a doctor for her headaches, but then Cecil told Vera that they are taking Mary Etta to the doctor, before they could get to the doctor in Oklahoma City, Mary Etta had passed away. per Vera Mae Palmertree Ruppe |
